Last Year's Shallots

Hi everyone,
I've still got plenty of shallots from last year's crop that look and feel fine.
Half of them have been stored in the dark in the garage and half just left on a table in an unheated greenhouse.
If I plant them am I likely to get something from them or am I better off buying some to plant for this year?

If you have got room just put them in.
If they bolt the bees will love them.

Banana shallots won't grow unfortunately (I tried that.. )
