limp garlic

Hi, I`m growing some garlic, but its not doing very well, limp stems, i`m also noticing slugs on it too, I did`nt think they liked it? I`ve grown it before and usually just forgot about it and it turned out fine, anything i can do to help it?

Are you growing the garlic in pots,have they had enough rain are they outside or in a greenhouse? I’ve never known of limp garlic sounds like under watering or is there a root problem,a photo might help see what the problem is? If they’re undercover it’s been a bit warm for them.

Agree a photo would help. Is it autumn sown or spring?
