Height of tumbling tomato plant

I was given a tomato plant and was told it was probably a tumbling tomato but they weren't certain. How tall should a tumbling plant get. Mine is 15" tall and still growing. Should I remove the growing tip to help the side shoots to grow.

I have Maskotka which are little dwarf bushes that I have in baskets. They are currently about a foot high and from what I remember from last year, I didn't do anything to them, they just kind of flop over when they're ready and send out shoot all over the place.
Based on that I wouldn't nip anything out for now.
