    My daughter has Coeliac Disease so she's very gluten intolerant. She loves pickled red cabbage but the only recipe I have includes malt vinegar. Can I use White Wine vinegar instead, it's the same 6% acidity or do any of you have an alternative recipe and will you share it?

    You can use any vinegar. All that matters really is the acid content. The flavour might be slightly different, but it won't be that noticeable.
