the new list is out for those of you who are members. I couldn't resist adding another Broad bean to the collection -
Mr Grief's Brown Flowered
Mr Grief selected for this variety himself when the seeds he received via seed swapping turned out to have cross pollinated.
He grew on seeds from one dark-brown flowered plant and found that all of its offspring reliably yielded the brown-flowered offspring.
Produces short, plump upright pods with 4-5 beans in each.
