                        Rhubarb here as well Nicos, mine's being roasted along with oranges then frozen. I'll be having it on my morning oatmeal.

                        I'll be picking oregano later to go in this evenings tomato sauce.

                          I’ll roast my next batch Bren - it really brings out the flavour doesn’t it? Fantastic mixed with jam in a homemade Bakewell tart!
                          The stewed down batches from yesterday I’ll probably mix with apple for crumbles, breakfast etc. Stewed apple day in day out gets a tad boring

                          I’ll be picking fresh sage to go with the pork chops tonight.
