Hi Bren In Pots,
You've prompted me to sow some this weekend
I'll just want 2-3 to live on the windowsill for sandwich leaves We only grew at the plot last year & it's such a nuisance to not have any to grab when you don't want a whole headLocation: SE Wales about 1250ft up

Thanks Bren In Pots,
We've actually decided to grow all our lettuce (apart from maybe a few surplus) at home this year - we seem to give so many away (although it's nice to share, we grow too many at the plot). We've only got a small yard at home so no open ground to use but have acquired a really long trough style thingy which looks like it'll be just the ticket for outsideLocation: SE Wales about 1250ft up
