Is this the dreaded blight?

Hello everyone,

I decided to try to grow some "Christmas spuds" this year. Went with Red Duke of York after doing lots of research.

Please see attached photos. Is this is the dreaded blight? My gut says no - can't explain why but it does.

Any help that you might be able to provide would be very much appreciated.
