Peas and beans

I won't be sowing any just yet but have a reminder set to sow a few broadies & mangetout around 3rd week of October to try overwintering in the blowaway.

Last year's attempt was looking promising if the blowaway hadn't tipped over so I've decided it's worth another try if only to cut down on how much needs to be sown in spring. I'll make sure the blowaway is more secure this time & also intend to use small pots rather than large modules (which they were growing out of before the weather was ready for them to plant out last time).

Im not doing broad bean this year just peas. Not sure how many to do though? Doing early onset, Hurst and Telephone.

You can’t grow too many CG….the more you sow, the more chance there is of some of them making it to the kitchen! And maybe even the freezer
