Morning! I’ve grown some leeks from seed and have transplanted them into small pots. To give context they are about 6 inches tall and skinny. When can I transplant them into my raised bed please? This is the second time I have grown these. First time they were devastated by alium moth or something similar. I have the Enviromesh ready this time. Going to try and upload an image for you.

For reference for next year, I should probably point out now that repotting them like that (much less in such large pots) is completely unnecessary. Obviously it won't do any harm, but it isn't really beneficial, either, and just wastes compost and space.
Leek seedlings can just be raised en masse in a seed tray or wide pot. No need to repot or thin. Just leave them in their starting tray or pot until they are 5-6mm thick, and which point they can be tipped out of the tray and planted out in their final position bare root.
