  • Tomato Food

I don't know what to do, I have run out of tomato food!
I have some liquid seaweed feed, soluble and granular miracle grow and fbb left.

Should I buy more tomato food or will the other mixes be ok for the remainder of the season?

The things I feed are, toms, cucs, aubs, sweet peps and chillies.

    Thanks folks

I’m just thinking back,I did use Epsom salt too for magnesium my leaves showed a deficiency. I didn’t use tomato feed at all that year. I don’t know if soluble miracle grow has magnesium,if it does you can use that to add the magnesium. Its handy to have a pot of Epsom salt,my little pot has lasted years. Black icicle tomato always had magnesium leaf issues when just using seaweed it sorted that out

I would suggest that you collect some nettles, from a clean source, not the road side, chop them up and either steep in water, or for a quick result boil some in a pot, allow to cool and add a couple of cups of the solution to a 10lt. watering can, if the solution is very dark reduce the amout you add to the water
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.
