Brilliant, Penellype. I won't be able to do this next year, but maybe the year after. I've even been thinking of not bothering to grow peppers because they start fruiting for real in early September and then at the end of September we have a really cold spell that finishes the plants off. Overwintering the plants makes it a lot more useful to grow them.
Didn't get a brilliant crop this year from peppers or chillis (still going, but slower now). I think I've got nothing to lose from trying to overwinter them all. If any survive, it's a bonus.
