I tend to buy in the end of season sales, so don't actually need any for this season, but I bet I buy something, just no self control.

Same here, burnie. Plus, someone recommends something and lo and behold I just have to have it.

While browsing the web I came across a site that might interest some peeps.
Sow Diverse, it has a great variety of organic and heirloom seeds with most priced under €3.
It's an Irish diet so might not suit everybody re postage costdl

Thanks, Bramble. I'll have a look, as Ireland is in the EU. So good for me. You too perhaps, Nicos?

I bought seeds last year from these people last year: https://seedsireland.ie/

Delivered in paper packets and I wasn't able to do a veg patch last year, so no idea what germination rates would have been like last year or whether they'll still be viable this year. But a nice selection and very detailed growing info on an accompanying sheet for each variety.

                  ^^^^
Keep all seeds in a sealed plastic, glass or metal container with a good layer of silica gel in it. Regenerate or replace the silica gel if/when needed. Keeps the purchased and collected seeds ready to go.

^Thanks, Mark. They're in a plastic container but only a few of those small silica gel packets. The container hadn't been opened since they arrived till I had a look yesterday, just to see what else I might want to be buying. Fingers crossed they're OK.
