I wonder if you could use it in a soup, ameno. I make a spiced carrot and apple soup and a cauliflower with pear and blue cheese soup. Might yacon work in those? (The cauliflower soup is really nice, a lot better than it sounds.)

Pulled the last swede on the weekend. We enjoyed it with some sausage, mash & onion gravy last night - I was thinking of you ChingfordHarry as it was decently swedey (being so long in the ground)

        Oooops- I’ve neglected this thread

I picked chives last week to go with baby new potatoes I’d bought.
Loads of bay leaves, rosemary and sage- all plants looking very healthy.

Yesterday I went to collect purple kale and was thrilled to see got loads of new growth. Very sweet, so more today!

There's not much in my garden just now to harvest Nicos, just herbs, kale, chard, chives and a bit of lettuce.

            Yesterday actually. A jalapeño chilli.
Not this year's production, I'd left it on the plant that I over wintered and it's now ripe!
