I grew some Ruby Short Vine, a sort of beef steak type, quite tasty, so intend to grow again this coming year.

Still can't find tastier than Sungold, so they are in. Probably some Gardeners Delight also a good standby.

Tried some garden centre grown Cornue de Andes last year and quite liked them as a cooking tomato, so will look for them again.

Still searching for a tasty 'salad' tomato, tried most of the usual suspects. Might try Harbinger again. Any suggestions peeps?

I'm still looking for a replacement for the gorgeous Ferline, which disappeared from the catalogues a couple of years ago. None of the outdoor beefsteak types I have tried come anywhere near it for flavour. Otherwise I will be growing Sungold, Honeycomb, Shirley, Oh Happy Day, Crimson Crush and Balconi Red.

British Breakfast is a versatile option, grown them for a few years now, large trusses of later(after the glut) plum shaped fruits that are as nice raw with a sarnie as they are cooked with bacon.
My list for next year(to be sown around March time in the conservatory in the heated prop);-
          Breakfast
          Ruby Short Vine
          Marmande'
          Tigerella(one of my wife's favourites)
          Sungold(not grown those for years)
          Moneymaker( my late Dads favourite)
          Ailsa Craig(my old favourite)
Gardeners Ecstasy(supposed to be like the old Gardeners Delight, tasted the same as last years GD to me).
I'm sure I will add another at least lol.

Really expensive seeds, Penellype, but have you seen these guys?

And not available online but possibly in a Homebase branch near you?

Thanks Snoop Puss I will check those out.

Out of stock at all Homebase stores anywhere near me unfortunately. I think the floramedia ones are just bundles of labels.

                Oh, that's a shame.

I added the Floramedia one to a shopping basket and it worked, so I hoped they'd be for real. Sorry about that.

I think the flight tickets to go pick them up would be cheaper!!!
But maybe a bit closer to the start of the growing season some others might appear on ebay?
