They were near the boiler, but I 've moved them after reading the other posts.
I think I gave them too much heat and they germinated in the night and then shot up in the dark looking for some sun ??? err if you know what I mean

bit of a mixed blessing cos I hate to abandon even one seedling but I think they're going to be just too leggy........
I will give them a few days, but I think I may have to sow again on the next moon date with less heat and more light....
it's a learning curve...
Just had another look - all varieties now have several up and off and bumps poking through, apart from the strwaberries and , I forgot to mention earlier, a pot sown with some huckleberries (thanks seahorse)
