  • Wilko have some nice seed ranges in

Well, ours does anyway, I know some Wilkos seem keener with the gardening stuff than others.

They've grouped things into collections, 'world kitchen', 'world botanics', 'patio favourites' etc. I got some romanesco cauli, chard bright lights, an oriental stir fry collection, ornamental cabbages, a spotty lily thing and a weird non edible curcubit vine called 'Gooseberry Gourd'.

Definitely a more interesting range than they had last year

I really liked the new style packaging too, looked classy!

My little boy chose some swede and parnsips (even though he claims not to like either), but when we got home we'd lost them. Doh... have to go back and find a few more Good job they were only 50p a packet or something like that.

I popped in today too, got some Swede & Parsnip for 50p, Parsnip Gladiator F1 for £1.50, and some Echinops because they look pretty I was most impressed with the packaging, it shows what the seedling will look like after it's germinated so that could be a bit of help when I'm weeding
My girls found their way into my heart and now they nest there

I have a week off next week, I'll add wilco's to my places to visit.

I tried jogging, but I couldn't keep the ice in my glass.

Wilko's seeds are generally quite good, but watch the expiry date, some in our local store were only Dec 2009 (compared to Wyevale's where most are ok to 2011). Also their propagators and small plant pots are really good value.

Do they have all the gardening stuff in or is it just the seeds?
