greenhouse heater how much parrafin

I have a 12 x 16ft greenhouse. I have a large heater but I do not want the greenhouse to be to warm, just enough to keep the frost off. I have no idea if i should have the heater on a low flame or high flame. does anyone know how long £5.00 woth of parrafin lasts?

Well how much paraffin you can buy for £5 the last time i saw some for sale just before christmas it was £6 pound's for 4 litre's and if you can buy it cheaper than that good luck .
The question how long it all depend's if you can burn a nice blue flame that is the secret but how long is a piece of string you can only try it and hope that a small flame is good enough....jacob

But it loose from a hardware shop. I pay £3 Gal.

I use the small Parazine heaters in my 8x6 Greenhouse. And they take 1/2 Gal and last about 7 days.
