I had problems with T&M last year

I ordered plug plants from them and half of them never arrived. The ones that did, part of them were broken and others were just rotten. I have heard from other friends who have allotments about their really poor customer service. I couldn't get my money back either for the part of my order that never arrived. They gave me a £5 voucher and that was it. This year I ordered geraniums and some other plants from The Vernon Geranium Nursery and they were brilliant. I also ordered seeds from The Real Seed Company and everything that I planted came up.

For the second year running (since we've had an allotment) have had many things from T&M. This year ordered garlic, first earlies, salad pots, main crop pots, shallots, onions and celery from them - all came on time (usually more than we'd ordered) and are growing wonderfully. Also buy ther seeds but usually get direct from local Gardening Centre. Must admit had problems with potatoes last year but only because the delivery driver that they use couldn't find us - they soon sorted it out and got another lot out to us.
