Pak Choi - when to sow?

Can you advise when's best to sow Pak Choi? I grew it for the first time last year,without realising it didn't like the heat and it bolted.

You can sow your Pak Choi now Amanda. I've got some out in the cold frame.

I've done spring sowings and late summer sowings.
Mine have done much better sown in late summer ... standing o/s all winter just fine. They went to seed last week.

Excellent thanks ladies, I'll sow a couple of rows now then leave some until later in the season. It's fantastic having this lovely weather to get so much done - much further on this year than last.

I'm going to wait until August - I've got too much on the go already to bother with something that doesn't like the next few months' weather
