hi we have a log burner in house will the ash be ok for putting in veg plot it is mainly wood with odd scoop of coal burned cheers adrian

I would add small amounts to a compost heap but not the coal.

PS this is untreated wood

yes its all dried tree wood havnt got compost heap at mo as just setting it up so could i mix it into fresh soil with the manure
