All your peas could be sown direct now as the soil is warm enough - I'm not sowing so many this year - only half a kilometre this year - takes too much time to pick them.

Half a kilometre? I've got 8 sugar snap and 6 petit pois in at the mo, and I'm just about to plant another similar number for successional sowing. You must Really like peas Sewer rat
I planted mine indoors, but found i had two seeds over, so I stuck them in a pot outside and they have come up but are a little behind the others. But hey, it means I'll get peas for longer!
Good luck with all those peas SR!
My mind works like lightning, One brilliant flash and it is gone!
Have posted a pic of my Kelvedon Wonder on my profile for anyone interested, these were sown 31st March, straight in the ground.
Think i might have been a bit generous with the seed though, I've got a second flippin row coming up too.......
Anyone got a good recipie for pea wine????

You won't need a recipe. We plant loads and none has made it home from the plot yet! My little one makes a beeline for them and eats them raw one pod after the other after the other...
Warning: I have a dangerous tendency to act like I know what I'm talking about.
