    Hi,

I have just got a plastic greenhouse. Previously I have used the growbag sized one but this is proper sized ie I can stand up in it! It's 6ft6' tall and about the same in length and about 4ft wide. I have sown today some troughs of salad mix and some dwarf beans in small pots to get a head start along with some rocket and radish to be going on with but there's still loads of space left. Three questions:
    1) What else can I use it for now? I have toms and chilli's on the kitchen windowsill at seed leaf stage - can they go out?
    2) Once the weather is warmer and the raised bed in full swing what would be best in there? I plan on having some toms and chilli's in there but most of these will be outside.
    3) How do people keep on top of slugs/snails in the greenhouse?

    Thanks

I wouldn't put them out yet - in an unheated greenhouse, the night-time temperatures aren't much above the outdoor ones, and there's still plenty of time for a frost. I won't be putting my "indoor" ones into the mini-greenhouse permanently until the outdoor ones go out.

Something that likes it warm and humid, like aubergines or okra? Anything else might find it a bit hot!

Sorry, no idea - the ones on my patio seem to get eaten by chickens and/or hedgehogs

I'll also be growing greenhouse cucumbers in my greenhouse along with chillies, tomatoes and aubergines.

Your greenhouse sounds like the one I bought a couple of weeks ago. Im not so adventurous. In mine I have an old pasting table to work on. Under that are 2 small stools with a plank on. I have lettuce seeds in a couple of 3" pots just about germinating. Toilet tubes with runner beans in, and my own paper pots with yin yeng beans in. Will soon be putting sweet peas in as soon as I have the necessary containers.
