        Purple sprouting broccoli and daughter helped herself to a few sorrel leaves. I'm excited to see flowers on the strawberries, it bodes well for next month!

                Leek, coriander and some lettuce today....also notice a teeny weeny flower on my cuke and about 10 flowers on my tumbling tom.....am sooooo excited....spring is finally here....though not tonight so everything gone back inside to keep warm!

                          Greens to ad to a stir fry, unusual but I needed the tub it was growing in!
                          I also had some salad leaves in my sandwich at lunchtime.

                            PSB and spring onions.
                            (Fried up the PSB with a spoonful of sugar - yummmmmm)
                            Noticed perp spinach is bolting at last so must eat that soon as well!

                                Duronal - I want a polytunnel!! I might dig up the house and get one! Had salmon with a lovely steamed cabbage from the garden last night. Feels great knowing exactly what's in it!!
