What day and time is it on the tv?
I've got sky which has BBC1 and 2 scotland so should be able to tape it on there

It often varies between Wednesday and Thursday, BBC1 and BBC2. I think it's normally 7pm, but sometimes 7.30.
You tend to have to either check the listings or listen to what they say at the end of the programme. (I think he said it's going to be BBC2 for the next few weeks)
If you use the Radio Times they have the alternative programmes for the different regions at the bottom of the morning listings pages.

EDIT: Jim said they're going to be on BBC2 at 7pm for the next 5 weeks.

updated channel info from site-Wednesday 22nd April on BBC2 Scotland at 19.00, Sky channel 971.... And repeated on Mondays, BBC2 at 13.00.
