Well I have about 10 different types on the go, they are listed on another thread.
I have 4 plants each of most types some 2 or 3's of each. I will never eat them all myself will give some of the fruits to my daughter, perhaps some to friends as well and make salsa's and sauces. what I do not eat or cook with along the way I'll freez some in a Medeteranian veg mix, to roast along with my Sunday dinners or mid week meals!
