Where are you based Crundy? That looks like a good crop so early in the season (unless you're not UK based, in which case you're probably somewhere totally different in the seasons!)

Staffs, UK. The plant has been on a sunny windowsill and so never had a dormant period.

We've got 8 big 'uns and about 10 more little budding chillies on our 3 year old plant. 'Charley' lives in the kitchen windowsill, though he needs re-potting soon, and might have to be moved as 'his' window is getting a bit cramped.

I've got a Topepo Rosso plant from last year which is just starting to flower I don't expect it to last another year though, it just wasn't big enough to fruit properly last year.

I've had to put all my chilli plants outside now because I just can't get rid of the damn aphids. I've tried everything, so I think I just need to leave it to mother nature. Spotted a few ladybirds on one of them and a wasp buzzing around another yesterday.

I wouldn't worry none - my from seed chillis are only just past the seed leaf stage.

I have read this thread and been out to the greenhouse and given my Iranian Round's a severe talking to, as they are just pathetic little 2 leafed specimins.
I printed off a pic of Tamsins plant and stuck it next to them, to show them what to aspire to. I sincerely hope the shame of seeing other chilli's doing what they should will be enough for mine.

None of mine are anywhere big enough to flower yet little own have fruit on them. I did start them of rather late this year as I was not happy with the weather, but am regretting it now. Still plenty of time to get a crop yet.

Like Shirley - mine haven't even germinated! I'm so desperate to grow some this year that I even bought a Scotch Bonnet and have sown the seed, albet probably too fresh! I even went and bought a heated propagator, but zilch so far!

Hi all, newby here, so please be gentle. I've got two Cheyene's (Bert and Ernie) on the window sill, growing well and have got our first flower open and about another 7 on each coming through. The plants themselves are only about 20c's tall. Is this all normal???
