Courgettes - starting to glut - peas, tarragon and parsley for risotto.
Radish pods, pickled.
2 ice cube trays of pureed basil.

Picked some salad leaves and pak choi shoots, plus a few beet leaves, for a salad last night. The T&M niche salad mix seemed to be mostly red Russian Kale, though maybe those seeds just rolled out the packet more easily than others.

I picked a carrierbagful of peas, now in the freezer....have to pick the marrowfat peas tomorrow cos they are also ready.

Gooseberries. First year the bush hasn't been decimated by sawfly so picked a great big bowl of 'em. Ate a few raw as I was picking and they were lovely and sweet.Comment

Slightly soggy razzers (red and yellow ones), loganberries and a few measly blackcurrants. All being cooked at the moment to stop them going mouldy by tomorrow
