Oh, good today! Rhubarb for breakfast, lettuce, chives, parsley to go with my cottage cheese for lunch. For tea - kale and my first tromba!!!!! of the year, sliced and stir fried to go with my fish ( and very large glass of wine) delicious!!
Lettuce, turnip leaves and shallots stuffed into a cheese sandwich that had twice as much filling as bread!
and for dinner, shallots, giant mustard, chard and cabbage, sauteed and stirred into pasta with some other bits and pieces.
I'm getting closer to eating something homegrown with every meal
Broad beans, volunteer potatoes (digging this years leek bed), yellow raspberries and strawberries. Yesterday, lettuce. Lots of parsley, chives and coriander.
