  • More Kestrel Potatoes, some dwarf french beans, more courgettes and cucumbers. (Plus lettuce, onion and a few tomatoes.)

    While wearing your night clothes, plant cucumbers on the 1st May before the sun comes up, and they will not be attacked by bugs.

    • Wombok again, but had it sliced up with crunchy noodes and slivered almonds and a sweet and sour dressing. Very noice!
      Also daughter had a load of lettuce as she's wanting to eat healthier again.

      • Harvested first row of potatoes. Really pleased at the amount although now I need to work out to store them because there is no way we'll get through them all.

                        • Onions, lifted the garlic, more raspberries, bored beans, 7 runner beans, potatoes, courgettes, cucumbers (2) and about 8 cherry tomatoes. Oh and a lettuce. It begins in earnest!
