        • I can't seem to freeze my caulis so that they are edible on cooking. They always go soggy and smell horrible so we end up eating loads fresh for a few weeks then having to BUY them! How do you do them Currysniffa? Blanched or not? Frozen open or sealed?

                            • I harvested a lot of the onions, as well as the garlics, the rest of the calabrese, most of the summer cabbages and romanesco's, all the rest of the bored beans and a shed-load of weeds today, which didn't go to waste at all, because the sheep'll eat relatively anything (except Yew, and something else that I can't immediately recall?)...... and by harvesting that little lot, it means that I can now plant all the module-raised seedlings in their places.

Oh, and after yesterday evening's TORRENTIAL Downpour, which lasted hours an' hours an' hours, having forgotten to pick the mini-courgettes in the morning.........
see Wellie pick Marrows in the evening?!
