Lots of mixed leaf for the restaurant including pot marigold flowers, we are frequently asked "can we eat them?", "yes sir/madam everything on the plate is edible, did you think we would poison you!", looking forward to lots of cherry toms, leeks, shallots, purple sprouting, pumpkins and random experimental crops,.Eat well, live well, drink moderately and be happy (hic!)

Runner and french beans - runners for supper, frenchies into the freezer. Courgettes and gherkins, raspberries, beetroot, rhubarb. Courgettes and gherkins to go into piccallili and beetroot just to eat ... I adore it! Raspberries and rhubarb for jam.

My very first pumpkin. I didn't know what sort it was as I was given the plant but it had fallen off the main stem so only one thing left to do and that was to have it for dinner last night. Luvverly. First time I've grown pumpkins, in fact this is the first year I've actually grown any fruit and veg so I must be doing something right. Looking forward to eating other stuff when its ready.Built for comfort, not speed!
