Today I Mostly Harvested......

  • Potatoes, carrots, french beans (a handful), peas, broad beans (loads), garlic, shallots, another cucumber (for bread and butter pickles), tomatoes and salad leaves. Sweet peas for the dining room table. I love this time of year.

    • Onions, garlic, and more potatoes. And sweet peas here too - we're getting a couple of vases every day at the moment. The house smells lovely!

                      • Broad beans, runner beans, courgettes, carrots, onions, toms black cherry, bay, thyme, and salmon.......well not really salmon........but with cream, wine and fish stock we had a lovely meal.......
