Some leeks, served up buttered tonight with some honey and mustard sausages, and mustard mash. Yum. Also, a small handful of brocolli sprouts to have tomorrow.

I have overwintered Pak Choi progressing well too, but this mild weather is worrying me in terms of it bolting...I dream of a better tomorrow, where chickens can cross the road and not be questioned about their motives....

15 leeks , washed , chopped and now in the freezer for grabbing when needed. I have about 10 more to grow on a bit more. I was very mindful of not leaving them into long this year due to last years bolting plus some rotted. I will attempt to leave in a couple for seed this year too.Comment
