Broad bean tops plus a few finger sized beans, spinach, chard, chives and the first of the walking onions all of it went into a stir fry.

Sprouts - alfalfa and mustard! I had sprouts and fresh peanut butter on toast this morning. Sounded odd but tasted great! Something to harvest at last!Ali
