        • TS, are Anya a type of potato? I've heard the name on the Vine before but can't remember what they are.

Today we enjoy homegrown lettuce and tomato, and potatoes.

Note to self: probably don't need to sow that many mange tout next year.

                  • Spring onions and potatoes (for potato salad); onions (for frying to go with hot dogs); courgettes (sliced thickly covered in oil, herbs and garlic and griddled).

I love it when all the veggies on the plate are from my garden.

                    • I've started picking my pea's today. I also picked 2 cucumbers for the boy and his granny and some courgettes for us. Started taking the onions up as well and still picking beetroot when needed.

So many are swollen with the growing peas inside them. Can I freeze them for stir frys & pasta?
