Aberdeenplotter, The way I made beetroot crisps was peel and slice very thinly, before adding 2tbsp of oil and mixing in a bowl with hands, before baking on a tray for 1 hour 30mins at 140 degrees (on a fan oven).
I used the recipe from: Baked Beetroot Crisps : Riverford Organic Vegetables
It worked very well, so more being made on Saturday.

A whole bowl of turNips! Never grown them before, they are good, and they are easy!
And One Pa Snip!
A whole pile of snow peas, some for seed, a couple that have crawlers in them, for the compost, and a lot for us!
Some more rainbow chard (mg that stuff just keeps on, keeping on!)
I do have a couple of broad beans, we won't go far on them tho! Needed a bit more water, and a bit more shade, they did.Ali

Altho I have actually got 4 globe artichokes to pick soon. Never grown or eaten them before so this should be fun!Ali
