        When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it.
        If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.

            • Our first ever flower bucket potatoes only about 1lb-1.5lb from two buckets, but I earthed up far too late and you could tell. Still very exciting to see that the 2 potatoes we found chitted in the back of the cupboard came through.
              Also some endive (thinned out) and tatsio.

              Fingers crossed the first of the asparagus peas should be ready tonight.

                  • Half a bucket of potatoes from the peeling that I put in the pit for the runner beans. Really surprised they grew, flowered and produced a crop.
