      • A pathetic crop of potatoes, some lettuce and some spring onions.

        • Potatoes, broad beans in pods, a few peas, a curly carrot, cabbage leaves, baby shallots, lemon balm and some vine leaves.
I'm going to line a casserole dish with vine leaves then a layer of mushrooms with chopped lemon balm and shallots, cover them with more vine leaves and bake in the oven.
Meanwhile the tatties will be boiling, then I'll add the sliced carrot, bean pods and peas and stirfry the cabbage with more chopped shallots and some carrot tops.
Apart from the mushrooms, its an "out of the garden" meal

                  • Various cut and come lettuce, loads of mange tout, basil and mint.

We had a lovely dinner of bacon and egg muffins served with minted pea and feta salad. It was lovely that nearly all the green stuff (not enough peas yet though) and the eggs were all home produced.

                    • 4 strawberries! There were another 4 too but someone with more legs than me (or maybe less) had eaten them.

Hopefully plenty of cucs as a result....
