            Also, picked a couple of peppers from the greenhouse. Must pick the rest and dice and freeze most of them. Got a few chillis to pick and string to dry too.

            Pulled up a few carrots and some of my miniature celery heads. Must use the carrots faster before the slugs all turn orange from gorging themselves. At this rate they'll see me coming in the dark.
            While wearing your night clothes, plant cucumbers on the 1st May before the sun comes up, and they will not be attacked by bugs.

                        I rather wish the chooks would stop breaking into the food forest and harvesting all my rhubarb tho!

                              • My first ever Jerusalem artichokes! Looking forward to roasting them tomorrow, although a little nervous about their reputation! Some kale, some perpetual spinach and some fennel seeds.
                                Gardening is cheaper than therapy and you get tomatoes
