First broccoli of the season. Last year I didn't really get any, harvested the first sprouting and then it stopped! I guess the mild winter makes a difference. Pulled some more carrots which have over wintered well in the ground.

Beetroot, which is currently roasting in the oven and which will have pomegranate molasses poured over it for the last 10 mins. Having it with Persian Couscous, Harissa, roasted peppers (sadly shop bought) and some roasted spuds. Looking forward to it big style.
