first potato harvest ever!
This is my first harvest of potatoes ever. I'm so proud of them. Some rather large potatoes weighing in at 1 & half pounds, red duke of yorks from one seed potato. Can't wait to try them for tea tomorrow night
Is this about the right amount off one plant? will hopefully dig another one up in the next few days.

Harvested my first Lady Christl potatoes. Not sure if it's true or not, but Monty Don says first earlies taste best when they're cooked within an hour of harvesting. So we rushed home and they're in the saucepan at the moment.Comment

2 lettuces,one for a friend and another for my son. Strawberries and broad bens, the latter being the first harvest from my allotment.
