PSB, kale, garlic, onions, some brassicas, Chard, Perpetual spinach. These are the one's I know of... I'm sure that there will be someone with more knowledge than me along who could perhaps metion more.
Perhaps you can consider storing squashes to use through the winter? Freezing/preserving veg will also extend the time that you can use your own grown produce

And here I am more knowledge than him lol.....besides what RT has said, you can also grow carrots and spuds in yer greenhouse, also try parsnips inside.

Onions as onion sets for winter, start growing for others about august time, also leeks etc...... spuds go in greenhouse beg of october along with carrots and parsnips
All that I listed are for growing outside. PSB and some of the brassicas need sowing now or soon, they can go out later into ground that has been freed from it's current crop in July/ August. Onions and garlic needs to be in the ground around September(some plant sooner some plant in October) Perpetual Spinach and chard are faster growing so you can sow them as late as End July/August (I've got them going already as I enjoy them) even with all the snow we had this winter past, they survived and looked great... that was until my chooks got hold of them (apparently they love chard too)
I am a relative newcomer so if I've got something wrong, I'd be grateful for someone to correct me... ta
Ohh I also forgot to mention Sprouts.... but that's a swear word with some here.... being the marmite of the veg world
I'm still picking from my kale! Only had one plant survive the birds / deer / slugs, not sure which it was that got em.. but it was in a shady spot and going great guns Would def recommend it.
A link for some from the Organic Catalogue......I like butterhead myself, if you grow a good size bed they can be cut and come again through the winter and they head up in late spring early summer. Plus all the mizunas and not forgetting beetroot which can stay in the ground all winter, and the leaves used as salads.

Thanks, I shall take a look at that site now.
I will be growing in an unheated greenhouse as we don't have any ground to grow in, all lawn and two patio areas.
