    What is the best Rhubarb to grow for making crumbles and cakes etc??

    Hi there.
    I grew a Glaskins Perpetual and it was brilliant. Sadly my OH dug it up last year when we were clearing the garden ( said he didn't realise i wanted it !!). Going to get another though this week. I am sure you will get many more replies but i can't praise this one more.

      Victoria is very nice......EARLY timperley provide a lovely first crop but after thhat it tends to thin out, well thats my experience
      do you know anyone that might be able to dig u up a couple of crowns

        Not wishing to hijack this thread....

        Is there any way to identify a rhubarb? We inherited one - actually got a crumble ready to go in the oven in a minute.
        Excuse me, could we have an eel? You've got eels down your leg.
