Wasn't really that much to it. Gave me a good opportunity to learn Linq-to-SQL. The query to pull out the reports was a bit of a nightmare though.

Excellent - just signed up. I've set alerts for 2 local towns at 4C and then thought I'd set a series of alerts at 5C, 6C, 7C for the same place (so I could see what temp it would get down to), but trying to set the second one for the same place gave a runtime error.

If I set a single alert for 8C, will the e-mail say what the expected nightime temp will be?

Just deleted the 4C alert for Felixstowe & tried to reset it for 8C, but got runtime error again. Is it not working at the moment?

You can only set up one alert for one location. If you want a kind of 'catch all' then set the single alert up for 7C and you will get an alert whenever the temp drops belows that.

Yes, it tells you the min temp for the next 5 days, and stars which days are below your specified temperature.

Yes, down again. The webhost support said there seems to be some problem with app pools on the server. They're trying to fix it but it's a bit up and down at the moment.

OK thanks Crundy, I'll try again later. It does look like a really useful service by the way.

It is back up again now. The downtimes are only for a few minutes each time.
