Crundy, I have three alerts set up for the same location - I like it that way as I have set different temperatures for each alert so I get more emails (easier to see them) the colder the forecast - please don't change it !!!

Good app by the way - thanks !!

Oh, I thought I had a unique contraint on the table. Weird. OK, well if it works for you

Could log in and select location and temp each time, but when I went to add it I kept getting the run time error. Seems to be sorted now though. I've just tried it again and all is fine. Thanks.

worked fine today - looking at the temps, I think the earlier problem was that the predicted temps weren't going below 8C (amazing) rather than that the app wasn't working. Have set the alert to 10C now.

Whilst it is a great idea and i appreciate your emails, the site where you get your info from is far from accurate.
My local area min temp is either 8 or 9 these past 2 nights according to the emails wheras they have gone down to 3 inside my greenhouse so i would assume 2 outside.Big difference.

What location is that for? I can send a query to them if required.

Hmm, even the BBC reports for your location show min night temperature as 8/7:
                          BBC Weather | Dunfermline
The important thing to remember is that the data is based on a forecast which will never be 100% accurate. The service is designed as a guide only, so you are doing right to keep a thermometer in your greenhouse as well.

I'm quite sure they got it right last night.
Temp down to 2 or 3 with chance of ground frost.
I can definately tell you the temp was 5c at 10pm last night as i checked after fleecing up.
Don't worry about it,as you stated it can never be 100% accurate.

                            cheers
                            Steve

Right, time to start styling it a bit.
What do you all think of this logo?

I've had 2 nights of frost but no alerts.
I set my limit to 4 degrees.
I think the forecasters did foresee those temps.
                                Any suggestions Crundy.
