At what stage of growing cycle do I liquid feed my container growing spuds and toms please

If you have planted into containers with new compost then this will have several weeks worth of feed in it. Check the writing on the compost you have. Then I feed once a week. I usually plant up my tomatoes when they have got to about 6" high but don't feed before then.

I would feed toms once a fortinght because you are still adding compost as you earth them up.

Toms I feed weekly once the flowers appear.
