Hi All

After all this wind we have been getting my potatoes have had a right battering One plant has lost nearly ALL the main shoots either from snail attack or wind. I am debating is it worth keeping it in the pot or should I cut my loses and put something else in its place?

I'd leave them. I think they might sprout again from lower down the stem. I'm all for giving things a chance! You'd be gutted if you started digging them up and found all the half formed lovely spuds!
