Cucumber seeds in greenhouse

Is it too late to sow a couple of cucumber seeds in my mini greenhouse?

I'd be looking to transfer them out onto my plot when they are ready.

Could they go in the same bed as beetroot?

yes, sow them now. Mine are only just up, there's plenty of time. They romp away in June (it's too cold here in May for them to do very much at all)

with beetroot? I don't see why not ... although they might swamp them.

I sowed my second (or was it third??) attempt in June, last year and still managed to get a crop, so go for it!
