Potato growth

Advice please, or is it re-assurance?

I have grown three different varity of potato's, First Earlies, Second Earlies and main crop. They were planted around March in pototo bags etc, and have put on masses of top growth, with only a couple of flowers showing. Should I be concerned?

Really, then how do you know when they are ready for harvesting??
